Jaguar Land Rover recently has launched its new 2021 Range Rover Evoque in India at a starting price of Rs, 64.12 lakh (ex-showroom). British carmaker Jaguar Land Rover is a luxury automobile brand that resonates amongst the ultra-rich people around the world. It has an impressive line-up of luxury cars that are known for their opulence and class. However, another thing that Range Rover does brilliantly is that it builds an SUV. Its parent company, Jaguar Land Rover has been making SUVs for a decade now, however, their forte still remains the sleek sedans for businesspeople. But Jaguar’s SUV segment, the Range Rover, is looking to make a mark once again on the ever-evolving market of big bulky SUV cars. Bookings of the new Evoque have already commenced online at the company's official website. Here are the Top 5 features of the British luxury SUV:

1. The Range Rover Evoque continues to be powered by the 2.0-litre Ingenium turbo-petrol making 250 hp and 365 Nm. The 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine now makes 204 hp and 430 Nm. Both engines are paired with ZF eight-speed automatic transmissions.

2. It takes design inspiration from its elder sibling, the Velar. Design highlights of the model include sleek LED headlamps, new front and rear bumpers, refreshed LED tail lights, flush-fitting door handles and a new mesh grille. The R-Dynamic SE variant additionally features burnished copper accents along.

3. Notable features in the 2021 Evoque include connected car technology, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, panoramic sunroof, powered front seats as well as a Meridian sound system.

4. The new Evoque gets Deep Garnet and Ebony colour options for the first time ever. Other first-time additions to the updated SUV include ‘Pivi Pro’, which is Land Rover’s most advanced infotainment system to date and was previously found on its top-of-the-line model only.

5. The price of the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque in the country is ₹64.12 lakh (ex-showroom). It is a direct challenger to the likes of Volvo XC60 and the Mercedes GLC.
