8. Red Skull: Captain America: The First Avenger: Even though he is one of the oldest villains in MCU he has managed to retain his throne. He may not be that powerful but for sure he is the evilest. 4. Ego: Guardian of Galaxy VOL.1: Initially, Ego won our trust with his acting of being a nice character but his real colors showed up as he tried to stop Peter. Originally Ego is a celestial, who has the power of taking down the Avengers single handly but the only thing that makes him weak is the curse that Peter’s mother and his wife gave him.
3. Surtur: Thor: Ragnarok: In Thor; Ragnarok Loki and Thor unleashed Surtur because he is the only creature who can defeat Hela. He not just defeated Hela but destroyed the whole of Asgard. You have to admire this guy’s commitment to his destiny though.
2. Hela: Thor: Ragnarok: Hela the goddess of death who was so powerful that the Gods had to imprison her to save this whole world. We can’t imagine any being surviving a hit from Mjolnir but this creature here crushed the strongest weapon in the history of MCU single handly.

The only villain who was stronger than his own army and the Avengers combined. The villain who wiped half the universe with just snap. He was not just powerful but also clever that made him undefeatable.
