In addition, ChatGPT’s usage on mobile devices has grown from just over 1.34 million monthly active users in May to now 38.88 million as of September the report mentioned.

In its new beta for ChatGPT Plus members, Sam Altman-run OpenAI has added more useful features. “With the new update, you can upload an image and ask to modify it. All in 1 prompt, 30 seconds. Goodbye Photoshop,” posted one ChatGPT Plus subscriber on X. Users will not have to select modes like Browse with Bing from the GPT-4 dropdown, reports The Verge.

According to data from market intelligence firm Appfigures, ChatGPT was witnessing more than 30 per cent revenue growth in the last couple of months but now, the rate at which revenue grew is actually the lowest to date at just 20 per cent (as of September).

The company rolled out the feature called 'Browse with Bing" which is only open to those with Plus and Enterprise subscriptions for now, but it will roll out "to all users soon".

According to The Wall Street Journal, the ChatGPT developer is “talking to investors about a share sale” that would value the company between $80 billion to $90 billion, “roughly triple its level earlier this year”.
