Directed by Aanand L Rai, "Statue of Unity: Ekta Ka Prateek" encapsulates the journey of a visionary aspiration transforming into reality. The 40-minute documentary commemorates the essence of unity that binds the nation together and pays homage to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the visionary leader behind the integration of 562 fragmented princely states into a unified India post-independence.

The film, which also stars Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan and Seema Biswas in pivotal roles, is written and directed by Sudha Kongara, from a script penned by Sudha Kongara and Shalini Ushadevi, with dialogues by Pooja Tolani. It is the Hindi remake of the 2020 Tamil film ‘Soorarai Pottru’ which was directed by Sudha Kongara.

Kumar, known for his roles portraying patriotism and heroism in movies like 'Holiday' and 'Baby', reiterated the sentiment that Kashmir is an integral part of India.

In this unseen avatar, Akshay is adorned in traditional attire, embracing the essence of a Shiv Bhakt with a sacred Tripundra tilak, symbolic tattoos, and a portrayal that reflects profound devotion. The motion poster beautifully captures the divine aura, featuring long locks, Rudraksha beads, a nose ring, and a Trishul in hand.

According to sources, "The actor has never indulged in promotions of any such activity. The source of this video is being looked into, and legal action is underway for misusing the actor’s identity for false advertising.

Both Akshay and Tiger held the Indian flag while sprinting in the video, creating a powerful visual representation of patriotism.
