According to the study, Adani Enterprises and Adani Transmission are also the top all-round wealth creators. During 2017-22, the top 100 wealth creators of India Inc created wealth amounting to Rs 92.2 lakh crore, the highest ever so far, Motilal Oswal said. The Motilal Oswal 27th Annual Wealth Creation Study 2022 analysed the top 100 wealth creating companies between 2017 and 2022.

NDTV scrip hits upper limit after change of guard at promoter company

At the BSE, the NDTV scrip opened at Rs 447.70 (upper limit) after closing at Rs 426.40 on Tuesday. With the Adani group acquiring 99.5 per cent stake in RRPR Holding, the latter's original promoters Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy resigned as Directors, the NDTV said on Tuesday. The company also said it was informed by the promoter group vehicle RRPR Holding that the latter's board approved the appointment of Sudipta Bhattacharya, Sanjay Pugalia and Senthil Sinniah Chengalvarayan as Directors with immediate effect.

Accordingly, NDTV's scrip opened at Rs 420 and touched a high of Rs 426.40 intra-day before closing at Rs 426.40 on Tuesday. RRPR Holding is the investment company of NDTV promoters -- Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy -- that holds 29.18 per cent stake in NDTV, which has three national television channels.

The reduction in overall wind portfolio CUF and sale of energy is primarily due to one-off disruption in transmission line (force majeure) for 150 MW plant in Gujarat. The impact of this event in Q2 FY23 is expected to be 0.4 per cent of the expected annual generation of the overall operational capacity. Excluding the aforesaid 150 MW plant, the wind portfolio CUF stands at a strong 41 per cent in H1 FY23.

This agreement also includes acquisition of an additional 10 per cent equity stake in IOT Utkal Energy Services Ltd, a 71.57 per cent subsidiary of IOTL. Over the last 26 years, IOTL has built a network of six terminals across five states with a total capacity of 2.4 Mn KL (owned capacity of 0.5 Mn KL and BOOT capacity of 1.9 Mn KL) for storage of crude and finished petroleum products.
